What are the 3 Rules of the 30-Day Foundation?

2. The Math

3. The Flush
Drink 1.5–2.5L of water daily. Keep sodium stable (3,000–5,000mg). Walk 7,000–10,000 steps to pump the lymphatic system and drain The Wet Sponge.
That's it. No gym. No supplements. No complex meal plans. Just these three rules, executed boringly and consistently for 30 days.
A decent, boring week repeated 50 times beats a perfect week followed by a spectacular crash.
